Monday, October 5th 9:30am-Noon (Trip is FULL)
Cost: $75 (Spouse or Guest, half price)
Join us for this socially-distanced and brand new half-day outing to the little mill village on Henry River. Just off the interstate past Hickory, NC, is a glimpse into life of the old days as well as an an opportunity to capture building images. Known as the District 12 of the Hunger Games movie, you will get to see the exteriors of many mill houses from the outside and then the interiors of two buildings as well.
We will meet there in our own vehicles and wear masks when working together or inside. The cost is $75 and this includes private admission so that we have the place to ourselves. You are welcome to bring a lunch and stay at the end to eat outside at picnic tables or can head on your way back home. Minimum 4, Maximum 12 participants will make this a small size group so that our instructor can help you on exposure, composition, lighting, etc. as you desire.
