Our longest-offered Expedition , this 3 day, 2 night outing is a favorite of many of our students. During the day, participants will get to photograph some of the most beautiful waterfalls and fabulous fall colors in the mountains with a pro by their side! This trip will not only give participants the chance to shoot at least 3 different waterfalls but will also have a computer editing teaching session to complete the waterfall photography process from beginning to end. Then, weather permitting, one of the two evenings we will also take the group up to the Blue Ridge Parkway to a fantastic view of the Milky Way so that we can also experience astrophotography.
Accommodations at the Hampton Inn in Brevard, workshop materials, instruction and meals are included. More details will be sent to those that are registered but the trip begins around 1pm in Brevard on the first day and ends before lunch on the third day. We have kept this trip limited in terms of numbers (maximum 6 participants) so that our guides can work with you in small groups out at the waterfalls and to make carpooling much easier. This trip has sold out every year for the past couple of years so don’t wait to register.
